Hypertension is a unisex extrait de parfum from Al Ambra Perfumes of Dubai, composed by Abdul Rahiman Mukarithottam in collaboration with the fragrance creator Rico Fragrance, whose name the label carries under the title. It opens on juicy raspberry and lychee sharpened by grapefruit, saffron and basil, turns floral and spiced through rose, osmanthus, cardamom and ginger, and settles into a dark oriental-woody base of leather, oud and tobacco over amber and cedar.
