Stroopwafel Cashmeran is the most Dutch of the six formulas Fugazzi, the Amsterdam house Bram Niessink founded in 2018, kept back for its 2026 Archives, a single run of 30 ml extraits. Written for anyone who thinks caramel improves everything, it opens on cinnamon, nutmeg and elemi, sinks into stroopwafel, dulce de leche and brown sugar warmed by olibanum, and settles on smoked vanilla, sandalwood, tonka and cashmeran, like a waffle lifted straight off the iron.
