Sunset Hour is Goldfield & Banks' fruity gourmand portrait of dusk at Broome, where the sun sets over the Indian Ocean, composed by Honorine Blanc. At its centre is the desert peach, or quandong, a native fruit of the sandalwood family, rendered as a tart, rhubarb-edged peach with a salt-crusted, sun-warmed skin. Pear and mandarin open it; jasmine sambac blooms through a tropical heart of green mango and coconut; sandalwood carries it into salty caramel and vanilla. It is an eau de parfum at 20% essences and botanicals.
