Lavender pulled deliberately away from the fougère it usually implies: bergamot over lavender, tuberose and birch tar, settling into tonka bean, benzoin and ambroxan for a leathered, lived-in warmth. Named for 12 Avenue Victor Hugo, where Jacques Fath opened its first boutique, and built to smell like the room rather than the street.
