Antoine Lie's coffee, built on a single-origin extract dosed at 6% of the formula — specialty beans from a smallholder cooperative in the mountains of Minas Gerais. It opens on the woody, liquorice bite of a ristretto, turns creamy with cocoa powder and lightly roasted hazelnut, and rests on New Caledonian sandalwood and Laos benzoin.
