Arabian Mate

The house put Arabian Mate on sale on 25 August 2026 and now sells the 100 ml outright at 475 dollars, the presell wording gone from its page and the promised 28 August dispatch behind it. British buyers get it only at Selfridges from 15 September, the American department stores — Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman — pick it up at the end of September, and wider retail follows in October. Two lab samples of the featured raw materials travel with each bottle.

This is a pre-order you can actually place, not a waiting list: the 100 ml goes into the cart, and Mind Games undertakes to ship on or before 28 August 2026.

Christine Hassan is credited with the composition — a name new to Mind Games, whose earlier fragrances went to Christelle Laprade, David Apel and Annick Menardo among others.

Mind Games publishes the fragrance twice over and the two do not quite agree. Its note tab runs bergamot, lemon, cardamom and spiced pear into rose, jasmine, guaiac wood, oud and patchouli, then sandalwood, vanilla, tonka and amber; the house's own description puts saffron through the rose and jasmine and never mentions guaiac at all. The pyramid here keeps both, since each names a material the other omits.

Mind Games put the presell up on 18 August 2026: 475 dollars for 100 ml of extrait, every bottle shipped with a 1.5 ml sample, and that vial also sold on its own at 15 dollars.
