JCB01, the first of Jinx's Jems Celestial Bodies series, filed under the coordinates of the emission nebula it is named for. It is a rose-oud whose rose is a dozen roses: Bulgarian otto from the 1990s beside the 2025 and 2026 harvests, Taif otto from both recent years, Rosa Rugosa and Rosa Gallica, and absolutes of Rose Cymosa, Rose de Mai and Turkish rose. Hojari frankincense runs through them and amyris carries them down to a wild, incense-grade oud co-distilled from Aquilaria malaccensis and Aquilaria beccariana in Riau, in Indonesia's Natuna Islands. A limited edition of 30 ml bottles.

Jinx is Arthur Clayton Emrick, a mostly self-taught perfumer who runs the house out of a refurbished restaurant in Canandaigua, New York, and sells most of its range direct. Rosette Nebula is not in that shop: this edition went out through stockists.

Scent Grade put the 30 ml up on 5 September 2026 at US$2,500 and it can be added to the cart. The shop files it under Jinx, and the house's own copy goes with it — the roses, the Riau oud, and the Jems Celestial Bodies numbering.

Sealed Essence carries the house's note list in full, including the base that the shorter listings cut off: one material, an incense-grade Indonesian oud. It sells the 30 ml beside a 1 ml sample and calls the edition extremely limited.
