Barfi Vanille is named for barfi, the dense milk fudge of the Indian sweet shop, and is the playful half of Gourmand Bazaar, the pair Sasva, an Indian house founded in 2022, unveiled at Pitti Fragranze 2026 as a tribute to mithai, chai and market stalls. Dried fruit, almond and caramel open over a flick of pink pepper, pistachio and milk thicken it with a little rose and sandalwood, and vanilla, tonka and amber hold the sweetness to the end.
