Muscopyridine is the first extrait of Elixir Attar's Science Driven Collection, named for the rare alkaloid that makes up about 0.04% of crude deer musk and gives it the sharp, faintly urinous edge muscone lacks. The house concentrated the natural molecule to a dose it says no finished perfume has reached, then set it in steam-distilled Indian tuberose and gardenia enfleurage over wild Hainan kynam. It calls the collection a method, not a theme, down to the caps and labels, and numbers every bottle.
