Zilla is a Lost Tribe fragrance by the New York house's founder, Mathew Schmuelian, made in its all-natural style and built on a deliberate clash: sour lemon and grapefruit against civet and gardenia. The citrus comes as specially distilled heart fractions meant to last into the evening, carried in a white ambergris tincture. Neroli, litsea and jade wood round the middle, and Papua oud, Atlas cedar, costus and Sichuan pepper give the drydown its weight.
