Ylem's fragrance for NGC 6302, the Butterfly Nebula in Scorpius: the shed shell of a dying star, gas hot enough to glow around a dust belt cold enough to hold water ice, which the house reads as an inferno colliding with a freezing void. Minty, bitter buchu leaf, lemon zest, apple blossom, tropical fruits and cardamom run into tuberose, narcissus, jasmine sambac and osmanthus, settling on amber, patchouli, incense, wormwood and a space accord.
