Drunk Lovers is an eau de parfum from BORNTOSTANDOUT, the Seoul house Jun Lim founded in 2022, composed by Hamid Merati-Kashani and part of the house's core collection since 2023. The brief is a lust-fuelled night pictured as brandy spilled across a dark wooden table. It opens on a citrus rush of bergamot and grapefruit, then brandy seeps into a warm heart of ginger and pepper. It settles on amber, sandalwood and vanilla, with musk for a last animalic heat. It is the original that the Extrait Extrême later reworked.

BORNTOSTANDOUT sells Drunk Lovers as an eau de parfum (the bottle reads EAU DE PARFUM; the house puts its EDPs at 30–40% concentration) in 15 ml ($95), 50 ml ($230) and 100 ml ($320), plus a 7.5 ml travel size. Twisted Lily in New York lists the 50 ml at the same $230.

Nicola Thomis revisited the original for Fragrantica after the Extrait Extrême came out: tart, half-jammy berries and dry cedar up front, only a fleeting splash of cognac, then vanilla cream and an ambery base with ambroxan. Her verdict was a polite, well-made amber that lacks the house's usual personality.
