Shadi Samra's cocktail for the Chapter series at Memoirs of a Perfume Collector, and rather less literal than the name promises. Coconut, pineapple and mandarin open it tropical and sweet; rum and neroli give the middle its boozy lift with iris for powder; and it dries down on incense, benzoin, amber, vetiver and musk — the resinous half that keeps the whole thing from reading as dessert.
