Cabanilla is Caitlin Hayes's warm-weather vanilla, an extrait de parfum from the house she opened as Sorcellerie Apothecary and now runs as Sorce, and one it files as a gourmand amber. The aim was a vanilla that could take the heat: vanilla and balsam of Peru give what the house calls the olfactory equivalent of an amber glow, while coconut, salt and a balmy palm breeze cool it down. Sand and driftwood set the beach, with a bonfire burning in the distance.

Bloom Parfums took Cabanilla on in November 2026, in 2 ml and 50 ml, with both sizes in stock, and credits the composition to Caitlin Hayes. Its copy reads the scent as a beach vacation with a gourmand twist: salt on the skin, a creamy coconut drink, palm leaves and a driftwood bonfire.

Sorce sells Cabanilla from its General Collection as an extrait de parfum: $65 for 30 ml, $87 for 50 ml, $140 for 100 ml, plus a 15 ml mini and 6 ml oils. The house calls it the ideal warm-weather vanilla and lists salted vanilla, sand, palm fronds, driftwood, a cracked coconut, brown sugar, balsam of Peru and a distant beach bonfire. It opened as Sorcellerie Apothecary and became Sorce in June 2024, so older references carry the earlier name. No launch day is published.
