Neon Sunset is Xyrena's urban rain, composed by the house's perfumer Killian Wells out of his love of moody evening storms in New York and Los Angeles: not rain over a quiet suburb but the city just after it, wet asphalt glowing under an orange haze. Deliberately linear, it sets cold ozone and phenolic tar against a dense, indolic floral of gardenia, heliotrope, acacia and ylang-ylang, lit by cucumber, red apple and Hedione over borneol, leather and musk. An extrait de parfum.
