Heritage is an extrait de parfum from 19-69, one of three scents the Swedish house made with Kevin Costner. Johan Bergelin set it at The Dunbar, Costner's place in Colorado's Elk Mountains at the foot of Independence Pass, and the two built the brief around stewardship as a legacy: what one keeps from the past and leaves to those who come next. Cherry and green violet leaves open over saffron, then settle into patchouli, amber and vanilla.

Bergelin's text credits the scent to "19-69 by Kevin Costner" and ties it to The Dunbar, Costner's home in the Elk Mountains.

WWD's Sandra Salibian reported that Kevin Costner had gone into partnership with 19-69 after some three years of talks, which began when he tracked down Johan Bergelin over the house's Rainbow Bar body wash. Bergelin said their first joint release was still in development, with a reveal planned for the spring.
