Is The Excelsior Bouquet by Atkinsons discontinued? Not confirmed — we are investigating a possible discontinuation. Latest evidence, Nov 6, 2026: The Excelsior Bouquet has left Atkinsons' range. The house's own page still presented the scent in August 2020, and on 6 November 2026 its shop has nothing on sale under the name.
The Excelsior Bouquet is the Atkinsons Legendary Collection's salute to Alcock and Brown, the Englishmen who made the first non-stop flight across the Atlantic in June 1919. Benoist Lapouza rebuilt it as an eau de toilette from a 1919 scent in the house archives, a fougère after what the house called chilled air on metal and the heat of the cockpit: grapefruit and a flint accord over sage, nutmeg and Sichuan pepper, settling into vetiver, tonka and the leather of aviator jackets.
