White Rice is the first of the nine scents in d'Annam's Enchanting Vietnam chapter, composed by Anh Ngo of IFF as a tribute to the white jasmine rice served at nearly every Vietnamese meal. The brief was a skin scent. A subtly sweet grain opens with milky pandan, takes its structure from the nutty powder of orris and soft woods, and settles through jasmine into white musk and tonka. An eau de parfum, worn close by design.
